This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website https://pervelle.com.
We aim to deliver your perfumes safely, quickly, and with the highest care.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Within India
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email, and
A tracking number or tracking link
You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship through leading delivery partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including:
Blue Dart
Delhivery
DTDC
Shiprocket Network Partners
These partners may vary depending on your location.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver:
They will attempt delivery 2–3 times, or
They may contact you via call or SMS
If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take extreme care in packaging and shipping.
However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, wrong, or defective product:
Take photos/video of the parcel and product
Contact us within 24–48 hours at official@pervelle.com
Include your order ID, issue details, and media proof
We will arrange a replacement or provide guidance based on our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for:
Failed delivery due to incorrect address
Delay caused by wrong phone number
Additional charges due to address changes after dispatch
If you need to correct the address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
8. International Shipping
If you currently do not offer international shipping, include this:
At the moment, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
If you want a version including international shipping, let me know and I’ll update it.
9. Undelivered or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for:
Lost items
Stolen packages
Unattended deliveries
For such cases, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
