Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pervelle. We take great pride in the quality of our perfumes and want you to have the best experience with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The item must be in its original packaging, including any sleeves, caps, boxes, seals, or accessories.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed only through our official channels.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfume bottles, testers, or vials

Gift cards

Personal care items that are opened

Any product with broken seals or tampered packaging
We cannot accept a return if the product shows signs of usage, damage, leakage, or misuse that is not caused by us.
3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Items returned with minor wear/damage to the packaging

Products missing accessories or parts not due to our error

Returns initiated after 7 days but approved under special cases
Approval of partial refunds is at our sole discretion.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, our team will:

Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Processing time may vary depending on your card provider or bank

Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your bank—refund posting can take additional processing time

6. Sale Items
Only regular priced products are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:

The item is defective

The product is damaged upon delivery

The wrong item was shipped by our team
To request an exchange, please contact us at official@pervelle.com with photos and details of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same product.
8. Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of the item once the return is approved

After we receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping Returns
To return an item, please send the product to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund

We advise using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, especially for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
